My name is Analiese Zaleski and I am a fashion designer. I have always had an interest in fashion growing up. When I was just 8 years old, I knew I wanted to design. Eager to learn more about it, My dad taught me how to sew when I was 12 and I fell in love with it. Since then I have continued to learn and grow in the fashion industry. I received my bachelor's degree in fashion design and visual merchandising from Central Michigan University in May 2019. During my time at CMU, I designed for 4 fashion shows, modeled in 2 fashion shows, studied abroad in Paris, France, interned for Anastasia Chatzka in her studio, attended MAGIC in Las Vegas, completed a visual merchandising field study at Gigi's Mode, and toured Chicago with my advanced visual class. I am always being inspired by my surroundings and constantly thinking of new ideas. I am passionate about designing and creating, diligent, and ambitious to grow with the company I work for. Using my sewing, patternmaking, designing, textile testing, and CAD skills I will enhance the fashion industry.
